'Antistax' Leg Health Charter - I have been extensively involved in helping the promotion of the ’Antistax’ health supplement that helps to relieve tired legs. I demonstrated 'Legs-ercise' with news reader and TV presenter Angela Rippon at the UK Press launch, held at The Sanctuary Spa in London on 26th February 2002. I also wrote the article and devised the leg exercises for the Leg Health Charter brochure which appear on pages 5, 6 and 7. www.antistax.co.uk
Then on 29th April 2003 I was invited to attended the 2003 Royal College of Nursing (RCN) Congress, where I discussed and answered questions on the Antistax supplement, and hosted a series of exercise demonstrations for healthy legs.
